Order Processing

• Delivery is subject to serviceability of the customer's location by our courier partners.

• Remote or non-serviceable locations

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS, wherever applicable.
• Customers can track their shipment using the courier partner's tracking link.

Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts.
• If delivery fails due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the shipment may be returned to us.
• Any re-shipping charges, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

• If you receive a damaged package, defective product, or missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Share clear images or videos of the product and outer packaging along with your order ID at support@seedhubindia.com .
• After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.
