Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever occurs first.
• Once the order has been dispatched or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
• To request a cancellation, contact us at support@seedhubindia.com with your order ID.

7-Day Return & Refund Policy

• Customers may request a return or refund within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Returned items must be:

• Unused, unwashed, and undamaged
• In original packaging with all tags, labels, and invoice intact

• All returns are subject to quality inspection and approval.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Items returned without original packaging or accessories
• Products marked as non-returnable / final sale
• Customized or perishable products (if applicable)

Refund Processing

• Once the returned product is received and approved, refunds will be initiated.
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
• The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method (Razorpay – UPI, Card, Net Banking, Wallet).
• Shipping and convenience fees (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect products.

Damaged / Incorrect Product Delivery

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Email clear images/videos of the product and packaging to support@seedhubindia.com .
• After verification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.
• We recommend using a trackable courier service for safe return.
